Cotton-Ball-Tail Bunny

Today I reserved a cute little ceramic bunny from a local vintage site for $6.00.  It's especially unique in the sense that it is a cotton ball dispenser, the cotton balls come out from it's tail.  I am so excited to go and pick it up tomorrow that I thought I would write a little post about all the different types of Cotton-Ball-Tail Bunnies. Enjoy...

Here is the one I'm getting

These are some I have found online that I think are adorable (and wouldn't mind having as well).  Maybe i'll start a little Cotton Ball Bunny collection?!?
Sorry the pics are all over the place, this site SUCKS when it comes to adding pics to a post... :)

I want to party!

Ever since I started watching Duck Dynasty, I have been wanting to put on a Duck Dynasty party.  Check out these pics I found on Pinterest.  Imagine how much fun this would be for a family reunion or birthday party.

Here's some ideas:
you can go wild with this theme!!!

I am in love with the store Modcloth.  I love the retro look everything they sell has and wish I had a million dollars so I could buy everything they sell.  Here is the link to their website.

They have lots of different items, from lingerie, dresses, to sheets and kitchen items....something for everyone!!!

Here are a couple of my favorites. :)

Freaking Awesome Dinner

Last night I made a great dinner and felt I should share it with all of you (if anyone is actually reading this)

Potatoes - peeled and sliced
Garlic Salt
Worcestershire Sauce
2 Lb Hamburger
One Yellow Onion
One batch of chopped Mushrooms
1 Family Size Campbell's Mushroom Soup

Chop onion, wash mushrooms, combine both in a pan with enough olive oil to coat the bottom of the pan

In a separate pan form hamburger into patties, sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper, flipping each side until brown, coat bottom of pan with Worcestershire Sauce
Add Mushroom Soup to onions and mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, add a quarter of can of water to sauce

Wash, peel and slice potatoes

Take a casserole dish and layer, patties, potatoes and then sauce

Put in oven on bake 350 degrees for 1 hour, then reduce to 325 for 1 1/2 hours till bubbling and brown

Goes great with garlic green beans (green beans, garlic seasoning, butter, pepper)

This meal was about $14 for all the ingredients and I ended up with leftovers in the end.  This was so good you will be licking the plate clean...

Make sure to get bread to clean the plate with :)

Love the look of this room

I was looking for new ideas to incorporate a bedroom into a craft room/bedroom and found this post.  Love how this room turned out.  Everything looks so clean and organized...which is what you need when you have a multi-functioning room.

I love the whole Plate Wall concept...what an inexpensive way to spruce up a bare wall.  Think I may have to do this in the near future...

Flower Beauty Cosmetics

I have been hearing a lot lately about Drew Berrymore's latest project, developing her own line of cosmetics called FLOWER BEAUTY.  Here is her philosophy straight from the website:
So, the other day I made a trip to a local Walmart that carries Flower Beauty (not all locations do - so make sure you check first) and bought a couple things that stood out to me. To give you an idea of what I usually by as far as cosmetics, I have very sensitive skin, blue eyes, strawberry blonde hair, and porcelain with occasional breakout skin.
This is what I ended up getting:
PP1 Powder Trip Powder Foundation
LF3 About Face Foundation
What's The Daffidilly-O? Nail Lacquer (LOVE THIS COLOR)
Win Some, Rouge Some Creme Blush
Petal Kiss Luxury Lip Color Kiss Stick
**Not full coverage color - very light lip color pink**
BCI Lighten Up Illuminating Concealer

Here is the end result, very wearable, light, natural looking makeup.
Since I didn't have everything of this line, I used some of the makeup I already had.
I was so pleased with the turnout, I am looking forward to trying a wider variety of products from this line, including the lip butters and eye shadows.

Try it out, you will fall in love with Flower Beauty and it won't break your bank.

Check out my crafts. They make a great gift!!!
